Registration Information

We highly recommend that you register early. Your registration may make the difference as to whether a class runs or is canceled and ensures your place in high-demand classes. Registration is on a first-come, first- served basis. Registration closes two weeks into the session, or when the class is filled. If a class is cancelled, you will be notified immediately and receive a full refund back to your original payment method within 3-4 business days.

General Waiver and Photo Release

All students involved in a program shall be deemed to have waived all claims against the CCLCF for injury, accident, illness, or death occurring during or by reason of the program or activities. A signed waiver is mandatory prior to participation by all. The release waiver reads as:

I hereby give permission for images of myself or of my child, captured during the Community Centers Classes through video, photo and digital camera, to be used solely for the purposes of promotional material and publications (local newspapers, Facebook, CCLCF website, etc.), and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.

I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Community Center, its employees, and agents, harmless from and against all loss, damage, injury, illness, demand, liability, and cause of action arising from or in any manner connected to the participation of the participant. In case of an emergency, I authorize any licensed paramedic, physician, nurse, or hospital to render such medical aid as may be deemed necessary and/or desirable.

Refunds & Adjustments

Program Changes & Cancellations

We make every effort to notify registered students by phone/e-mail of changes/cancellations. We encourage program participants to turn on all Club Automation notifications and add all CCLCF office staff to your e-mail contact list to ensure you will receive urgent messages. CCLCF reserves the right to discontinue, postpone, combine classes and/or change instructors. Students will automatically be given a full refund/customer credit for classes which are cancelled by CCLCF. There are no credits issued for missed classes unless the class is cancelled by CCLCF and the instructor. Make-up classes must be authorized and scheduled by the CCLCF staff.
