Facility Rentals

The Community Center is a great place for community members and organizations to meet, hold events, and perform. If you’re interested in scheduling an event please complete and submit our rental inquiry form.

Auditorium

The large auditorium has vaulted ceilings, wood dance floor, curtained stage, a sound system with microphones, stage lighting, and plenty of windows. Can be set up for banquets, theatre-style, or conference configuration.

Courtyard

The fully enclosed courtyard features two basketball hoops, mature trees, and picnic benches. Adjacent to the Auditorium, it gives you the option of an outdoor reception area for your main event.

Dance & Music Studio

This intimate studio space with mirrors is perfect for Yoga & Mat Pilates classes, dance classes, music rehearsals, seminars, trainings, and committee meetings.

Conference Room

Hold your meeting in this stylish, contemporary room featuring a conference table with 8 chairs, small sofa, projector screen, tile floor, accent chair and area rug.

Classroom 1

This room, which features historic photos of the Community Center, is perfect for instructional classes, bridge games, meetings, and floor play. It is furnished with card tables, padded folding chairs, and a whiteboard.

Playground

It’s your own private playground! Our fenced outdoor playground is perfect for kids’ parties. The park-like yard includes a play structure with slide, mud kitchen, tire swing, tricycles, playhouse, and a shaded dining area.

Non-Profit Rate

Renters may receive a discounted rate upon providing a copy of their non-profit status documentation.

Commercial Rate

The commercial rate will apply when a renter meets one of more of the following criteria: the renter is charging for the event or class; the renter is selling products or services during the event of class; the renter is generating any type of revenue from the use of the facility.

Long-Term Rentals

The Community Center will consider a discounted fee if the renter is using the facility on an ongoing basis or signs a long-term Facility Rental Agreement.

Playground Party ($695)

Our fenced outdoor playground is the ultimate destination for unforgettable parties and endless fun. Your little ones will enjoy slides, climbing walls, and tunnels, ready to ignite their imaginations and unleash their boundless energy in our park-like yard. Our playground boasts a mud kitchen, a tire swing for thrilling spins through the air, and a fleet of tricycles for exhilarating rides around the yard. Kids can also retreat to our charming playhouse for imaginative play and endless exploration.

You and your guests will have private use of our entire outdoor playground during your celebration and enjoy customized entertainment by our own Miss Jojo! Ordinary props or toys are turned into exciting games & activities based on the child’s theme or interest. From obstacle courses & freeze dance, to hula hoops & parachutes, Miss Jojo ensures a lively atmosphere that captivates the imaginations of young participants.

Sports Party with Coach Andy ($595)

Join Coach Andy for an unforgettable day of action on our exclusive outdoor basketball court. Whether it’s a dynamic hoops scrimmage or an energetic dodgeball match, these parties are a perfect blend of sport and celebration. We’ve got everything covered – from providing all the necessary equipment to keeping the kids engaged and entertained. As your child and their friends have a blast, you can enjoy a worry-free, relaxing time with the other adults. Make your child’s birthday an extraordinary event filled with joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories! To ensure safety, there is a maximum of 12 children for the party.

Ping Pong Party ($495)

Looking to celebrate a graduation, end of soccer season, or corporate event? Come play ping pong! Includes 3 hours rental of our private courtyards, three ping pong tables with all equipment, shade tents, and a pizza party.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. All rates are hourly. There is a 2-hour minimum on all rentals.

2. Rental time begins when you plan to show up for set-up and ends after you are done with clean-up and leave the facility.

3. Renters are responsible for all set-up and tear-down of items/furniture used during the event, unless otherwise contracted.

4. Rentals scheduled outside of regular M-F office hours must include a Site Supervisor at $20 per hour. The Site Supervisor is provided by CCLCF.

5. A cleaning/damage deposit of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) is required to hold the reservation and is refunded upon satisfactory clean-up, if all policies and requirements are followed, and if there is no damage to the facility or equipment.

6. Renters will need to provide a Certificate of Insurance to cover their event.

7. The Playground is only available for rental on weekends and school breaks.

8. The CCLCF Kitchen is not available to renters.

9. Jump houses are not allowed.

10. Classes taught by renters may not compete with current or potential classes within the scope of Community Center programming. We invite prospective art, music, dance, and sports instructors to submit a proposal to become an independent contractor with us.

11. There is a $20/hour on-site event supervisor fee added to all events held on weekends and after 5 PM.
