The Community Center of La Cañada Flintridge enhances the well-being of the community by bringing people of all ages together for enrichment, recreation, and social programs. ABOUT

The Community Center of La Cañada Flintridge’s Thanksgiving Day 5K Run/Walk and Kids’ Mile Run has been a local tradition and a community favorite for over three decades. It is also our biggest fundraiser of the year! The professionally timed races begin at 8:15 am for the 5K and 9:30 am for the Kids’ Mile at Olberz Park in La Cañada Flintridge. Cash prizes will be given to the top three finishers in the men’s and women’s categories and winners in each age category will receive handmade ceramic medals. The top three finishers for boys and girls in the Kids’ Mile will receive trophies. All Kids’ Mile participants receive medals.
