Our Ceramics Department has hosted its twice-yearly Ceramic Sales for decades. Many consider it to be holiday tradition to visit and browse hundreds of handmade works of art, purchase gifts, and spend time with the members of our Community Studio.

“I’ve been doing these Sales for four years,” Loren, one of our Ceramics Instructors, explained, “and it’s always great to say, ‘hello again!’ to the people who visit every year”.

Our Ceramic Sales draw hundreds of guests looking to find the perfect gift while supporting both local artists and the Community Center. These artists prepare for months in order to have a fresh display of artwork for sale on their tables, from simple mugs to complex sculptures. Not only does this Sale benefit the artists, but a portion of the proceeds goes towards developing the Studio’s programs, maintaining equipment, and hosting new events and workshops.

Drop by on Saturday, December 14th or Sunday, December 15th, from 10 AM – 4 PM to experience this yearly tradition!
