Rated one of the best mind-body exercises, ballroom dancing improves posture, balance and strengthens your body’s core muscles. It will also benefit your mental and emotional health. Our teaching method is custom tailored for seniors: low impact, highly repetitive, and with few turns. We concentrate on the most useful and popular steps. You will learn to Waltz, Cha Cha, Rumba, Swing, Tango and Foxtrot in a very short period! You will have fun and look graceful on the dance floor at your next soiree. No partner is needed because we use the rotation system. A new dance series starts at the beginning of each month.
