This is a light to moderately paced class in the classic Mat Pilates method, an innovative full-body workout. Mat Pilates may sound intimidating, but it’s an accessible way to build strength in your core muscles for better posture, balance, and flexibility. Virtually all Mat Pilates exercises can be modified for different body types and fitness levels. You do not have to know everything to begin; the important thing is to get started!
Winter II: February 14 - March 23 (6 weeks)
Spring I: April 4 - May 18 (7 weeks)
Tuesday and/or Thursday 10:15am – 11:15am
Instructor: Janine Bailey, a certified Mat Pilates instructor for over 5 years
Fee: $98 for the 7 week session
